Xbox and Discord Collaboration Announced
Today, Microsoft announced a new collaboration with Discord, allowing gamers to link their Discord account to their Xbox Live account!
This collaboration will allow gamers to see what their friends on Discord are playing. This will make it easier to jump into a game with friends on your Discord servers. The article clearly mentions seeing what your friends are playing, so it doesn’t look like you will have the option to use Discord for chat purposes. It will, however, be a great tool to find people to play with.
